PAYMENT METHODE
- We accept payment with payment gateway sistem . Just follow the step of purchase flow .
- Do notice, for international order you’ll receive an email from our customer care for more details.
- If payment has not been made within 3 days from the order date, your order will be automatically cancelled. For example, if you order on the 1st , the latest payment is on the 3rd otherwise the order will be cancelled.
SHIPPING METODE
- For shipping your order , We use following courier services :
Domestic :
- Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities.
- Kindly inform to you that when placing your rokhmifitria.com order, we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
- Your payment will be check maximum one day and we will ship your purchased item on the next day. If it’s possible we will send it at the same day after we check your payment.
- We will deliver your purchased item after we have received invoiced full amount transfer. Kindly noted : We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment
SHIPPING FEE
- Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order also depend on price list of the expedition. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.
- JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days after shipment.
Delay might occur during public holidays.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after Expedition delivers to the address.
- We do not take responsibility if expedition can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address
- Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
