Shopping Online

  • Shopping online at rokhmifitria .com is very easy. Select the items you would like to buy, click “Add To Cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Click “Place to Order” to confirm your items or click on the Cart icon and it will guide you through the entire purchase process.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and order id by e-mail once your order has been successfully transmitted. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Item Availability

  • All items on rokhmifitria.com are ready stock unless noted otherwise. If the item is out of stock and waiting to be restocked, you will be given the option to request email notification when the item is available again for sale.
  • We make every effort to keep our system updated. Orders with out of stock items will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email or phone. If your order has been cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you have the option to change to other items or receive a full refund.

B. Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept exchange because you dislike the style/color. All sales items are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
  • We receive return & exchange if you find any condition mentioned below :
    You received faulty/defect items
  • In the case of stock unavailability, you may choose to exchange to other style of the same price / above or receive a full refund including shipping cost (if any).
  • Returned items must be in original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and with ALL tags attached.
  • To process a return or exchange:
  1. Send an e-mail to rfcustomercare31@gmail.com with subject : RETURN PRODUCT within 7 days after you receive the items include the reason for return/exchange and payment proof.
  2. After your return/exchange is approved by us, then you can send back the return product to us.

  • Items must be received in our showroom within 7 days from the date you received the package. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier, as we are not responsible for missing items or packages.
  • Please note our return policy is applicable to online orders only.International Order
  • Unfortunately, once an international order is shipped we cannot accept it for returns or exchanges.
